HD Hyundai Heavy Industries Supplier Code of Conduct

Objective

HHI has instituted this Code of Conduct to cultivate a robust and sustainable supply chain in collaboration with wuppliers.

In conjunction with our suppliers, our aspiration is to forge a sustainable supply chain that fosters a secure work environment, upholds the fundamental human rights of our workforce, and maintains environmental stewardship and ethical governance.

Coverage

All suppliers shall comply with this standard and recommaend equal human right management, safety, and health, environmental standards, and ethical responsibilities to second and third-tier suppliers.

HHI or an external audit agency appointed by HHI shall have the authority to inspect and perform due diligence to verify the suppliers' adherence to this standard.

Furthermore, HHI may carry out written or on-site inspections as deemed neccessary and provide guidance and recommendations for improvements aimed at sustainable supply chain.

Clause

The provisions of this Code consist of human rights management, safety and health, environment, ethics, and management system that the suppliers shall follow.

To facilitate the development of a sustainable supply chain, HHI's supply chain management plan and implementation obligations, including this Code, is transparently disclosing through HHI's intergrated procurement sytem.
