HD Hyundai Group 1% Nanum Foundation
HD Hyundai Group 1% Nanum Foundation, a public welfare foundation launched in 2020, represents the group’s commitment to corporate philanthropy. The foundation raises the fund from HD Hyundai Group employees’ voluntary donation of 1% of their salary.
Making the best use of such funds, the foundation is actively engaged in a variety of charitable projects such as ‘Lunch Room’ that serves lunch every day to the elderly in need; ‘Hope Sharing’ that supports orphans by improving orphanages’ environment; free vocational education for adult orphans to help find jobs for their economic independence; and ‘Overseas School Support Business’ for underdeveloped countries.
HHI, as one of the members of HD Hyundai Group’s 1% Nanum Foundation, faithfully executes the responsibilities of a global corporate citizen with a commitment towards creating a healthy society for all.
The Asan Nanum Foundation
The Asan Nanum Foundation is a nonprofit foundation established in October 2011 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Hyundai founder Chung Ju-yung's death. The Asan Nanum Foundation conducts various support programs to spread entrepreneurship, which inherits Asan's creative spirit, throughout society.
Under the mission of 'a world where if you believe it, you can achieve it', the foundation is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and social innovators to change the world by taking on challenges, learning by doing, and sharing their capabilities.
The Asan Nanum Foundation also operates and manages 'MARU', an incubation center for doers who turn their potential into impact and expand their entrepreneurial spirit. It fosters new changes in the innovation ecosystem by providing various opportunities. MARU180 opened in April 2014 for startups that aim to transform the world 180 degrees. MARU360, launched in November 2021, offers an opportunity for startups to expand their potential and make a 360-degree impact.

Winner of the Korean Architecture Award in 1998 for its innovative interpretation of design, the Hyundai Arts Center provides members of the community with various art and musical performances from all over the world. It has a 964-seat concert hall, an art gallery, a movie theater, and sports facilities that include a bowling alley, and an indoor rock climbing wall. And it offers various courses in culture, arts, and sports.

- Ulsan HD Football Club

The Ulsan HD Football Club was established 1983. The team, located in Ulsan, Korea, won the Korean Football League 1 (K-League1) championship in 1996‧2005‧2022‧2023, Korean FA Cup Championship in 2017 and won the AFC Champions League twice(2012, 2020). The club also has been scouting and raising talented football players through outstanding youth systems.
- Soccer Fields

Hyundai Heavy has built three soccer Fields and opened them to the community. These fields are used as training fields by young players from all over the country. During the FIFA World Cup, they were used as training camps by the Brazilian, Spanish, and Turkish national teams.
- Hyundai Sports Clubhouse

Located next to Seobu Soccer Field, the clubhouse is equipped with various training facilities, a cafeteria, a sauna, a computer center, and 70 rooms for athletes. During the 2002 World Cup, it was used by the Spanish National Football Team as their main training camp.
